Summary:                    cs2n makefile prevents building cs2n with msys
Description: 
because msys converts paths automatically, it converts /keyfile:... into
<path-to-msys-root>\keyfile;... which breaks compilation. Since both, ncc
and mcs support options starting with -, the fix is trivial (see patch).
