Summary: Compiler pollutes literal values with
ImmutableAttribute
Description:
When defining literal values for a class compiler always emits
ImmutableAttribute for them which pollutes classes and prevents defining
literal values when trying to build libraries which do not depend on
Nemerle.dll. Patch follows.

Oh no, forget this please, I should have compiled latest svn instead of
just mindlessly "future porting" my patch from 0.9.3. Close this as it is
not true for latest svn.
