Summary:                    unmanaged resources
Description: 
I've added support for adding unmanaged resources to the output, such as
application icon. As I used 'DefineUnmanagedResource' function, the file
(specified by -ures option or see help), must be a Win32 RES file. Maybe
it won't work on mono, I just don't know.
SVN patch included.
