Summary: reg.cmd issue
Description:
On win64 reg.cmd doesn't work i.e. it runs, but you can't run any compiled
source unless it has nemerle.dll (and others) in the same folder.
Maybe there are also some issues on win32 (like older runtime is used even
after reg.cmd), but i'm not sure

On win32 I had some runtime troubles (nemerle.dll version ... not found),
which were resolved by that lines. So I applied that patch on trunk.

Fixed on trunk (r7512)

It's incorrct way.
GacUtil assemblies into GAC prevent debuging.

Hmm, can't we tell the debugger where debug symbols are?
Or there are more complex troubles?
