Got error: "Failure adding assembly to the cache: Attempt to install an
assembly without a strong name".

If you see that message then there were no build errors in fact, that
message is caused by my edit of reg.cmd (see 938).
And it means that Nemerle.MSBuild.Tasks.dll isn't installed to GAC,
because it doesn't have a strong name.

Extracted GAC install to GacReg.cmd, which can be run manually if needed.
Also commented out GAC install of Nemerle.MSBuild.Tasks.dll in GacReg.cmd.
