Summary:                    Incorrect triggers for match braces
Description: 
Triggers for match braces functionality not throw in many case.
For example, triggers don't throw if you navigate to brace by mouse, arrow
up/down or Ctrl+left/right.
Also triggers don't throw if text carret located before brace:
