[nem-en] Things missing from snapshot

I looked and the snapshots directory and it seems that building of snapshots 
was broken in the half of August. It was the moment, when we implemented GAC 
support and dumped requirements of mono version to 1.0. Unfortunately mono 
instalation on our server (where we build snapshots) is 0.30. I've forced 
build by hand a few minutes ago, so the new snapshot can be downloaded.

We will soon update our server, so daily snapshots will build with no 
problems.
