[nem-en] Missing *.snk

Hi!

There seems to be a problem with the tarballs. They don't include the keyfiles
needed for signing, so I can't compile it. After removing the
signing-attributes the compile process succeeds.

It seems to work all but then "make check" fails with
make[1]: Entering directory
`/var/tmp/portage/nemerle-0.2.0/work/nemerle-0.2.0/snippets/sioux'
../../boot/ncc.exe -q -tdll -out:Nemerle.Xml.dll xmltemplate.n igenerator.n
xmlgenerator.n xmlpipeline.n directorygenerator.n
xmltemplate.n:58:29: error: assigned value was expected to have type void
while it has _N_fv196_196*
xmlpipeline.n:81:35: error: assigned value was expected to have type void
while it has _N_fv483_483*
make[1]: *** [Nemerle.Xml.dll] Fehler 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/var/tmp/portage/nemerle-0.2.0/work/nemerle-0.2.0/snippets/sioux'
make: *** [check] Fehler 2

I don't know if this is a critical error or not.

make install doesn't work, because without signing there are no strong names,
and without strong names nothing can be installed into the assembyl cache :)

But ncc.exe itself seems to work fine.

I'm using Gentoo Linux and Mono 1.01. I send the complete "make check" output
with this mail.
