[nem-en] nemerle corsavy addin

ok, thx I'll try again,
The generated Nemerle project (from templates) looked like a C# project
(.csproj),
it didn't compile either (probably was trying to compile as C#)

Oh, Nemerle entries (templates at least, don't remember for the rest) were
all duplicated. As far I can understand, it was because the addin was in
both the C# & Nemerle subdirectory (after removing the stuff in the C# dir I
was seeing only one)

hehe, maybe I was drunk & seeing double ? ;-p
& By the time I tried to move the stuff out of the C# dir I had sobered up
?? !! ;-))
