[nem-en] Moving to nemerle.org/svn

What is the status of the integration project?
I just did some moving of files in repository, please commit it under
http://nemerle.org/svn/vs-plugin/trunk/

or http://nemerle.org/svn/vs-plugin/branches/...
if it is not yet ready to be considered mainline implementation.

Hm, now comes the day that I was afraid of - there is Andrei's
implementation of VS plugin laying in a branch and now we will get the
one from RSDN. I assume they are the separate effort and probably we
cannot merge them easily.
What are you comments guys? Which one is more complete?
