[nem-en] Moving to nemerle.org/svn

[Mark Haniford]

Is this something that is usable in current form, and if so, are there build
instructions?  What VS SDK is being used?  Some directories paths would have
to be changed for a user build, but there seemed to be some other errors
regarding the project schema.
