[nem-en] Moving to nemerle.org/svn

[NoiseEHC]

Updated the trunk so it shall be built with VS SDK 2006 AUG CTP and the 
latest Nemerle SVN.
You have to set the Nemerle and VisualStudioIntegration environment 
variables.
