[nem-en] Moving to nemerle.org/svn

What is the point of including this:
  <Import Project="$(MSBuildBinPath)\Microsoft.CSharp.targets" />
in Nemerle.Compiler.Utils.csproj?

Without that the project is working and it does not complain that there 
are circular references...

BTW I will fix the icon thing.

Finally a question:
It seems that the project is based on the July CTP.
Have you upgraded the files to match the July CTP's IronPython sample?
I mean that for example they changed the way they handle the icons.

ps:
If I break the build too many times because I do not check it with the 
July CTP just say so and I will download that.
