Well, the name of this antipattern is "Continuous obsolescence" :)
We know that, but we want to keep upgrading the SDK until MS releases
more or less stable version.

Also now we have the Package Load Key, so we can modify the project to
be able to build it without requirement to have the SDK.

A little bit later. The size of the SDK is more than 200 meg.
Vlad does have high speed internet right now to download it.
