This is some kind of cache. Cs2n is opened because it is the first one
in TOOLS (it's alphabetic). Try browsing to
http://nemerle.org/Nemerlish or other TOOLS page you haven't been to
recently.

Part of the fault is on the nemerle.org side -- it's giving wrong
modified: http headers.
