We should have small test-cases in `make test' scenario, medium in
`make check' and long in daily tests performed on server.
Currently this maps to:
ncc/testsuite - small (essence) testcases for features and bugs
snippets and ncc/testsuite/frommcs - medium projects and test cases
converted from Mono C# testsuite

Large projects are added manually on the server at the moment.
Probably we could just put the VS binaries into linux box and check at
least if fresh version of compiler compiles fresh version of
vs-plugin.
