[nem-en] 0.9.4 release

Hi folks,

We (Kamil and I) decided it would be nice to have another release.
It's not going to be 1.0 -- I think we should wait with this until VS
plugin is fully operational.

To the VS folks: please point us at bugs that you would really like to
see fixed (you can just mark them Urgent in mantis). It would be nice
to have some released pair of VS plugin and Nemerle, that is usable
together.

To other Nemerle users: please also tell us about bugs that are
particularly important to you.
