A ready to use integration with Visual Studio is here:

Note that it isn't a beta, it just a very fist version.
It works, but do not expect much from it.

It can be installed on any Windoze box with Visual Studio 2005 or Visual 
Studio 2005 SP1. Express editions are not supported.

Please try to install it.
