[nem-en] Nemerle for VisualStudio redist.

This is really impressive. Congratulations again!
I think we should focus on releasing Nemerle 0.9.4 + VS Integration
now. It is high time to show some of all this cool stuff to the
public.
I noticed the installer, which you have prepared, I will look into it,
so maybe we can have separate Nemerle and VS Integration installers
playing nice together created with the same engine (Wix I guess).
What was the procedure you used for preparing installer?

I think VS mode is quite nice to also observe the real problems in
compiler. See the attached image - I just realized that we should have
something like ToString method in IMember which would get the type of
object it is called on and print the signature with types substituted
with actual arguments, like
'get_Head() : string'
I also checked some error message from compiler and they should also be changed.
