[nem-en] Syntax change - your thoughts?

Though I voted for the ".[]" in the poll, I think it was only because
I didn't like the idea of having ambiguity (not because I wanted to
distinguish between indexing and type instantiation).  I think I've
changed my mind about the severity of this particular ambiguity
problem and I would now prefer to omit the dot.  Are there others who
feel the same way?
