[nem-en] Emacs nemerle mode hang

Ok, I've got it. Apparently emacs' forward-line function behaved in
strange and unexpected line leading to never-ending loop. I changed a
code slightly and now it works -- I attach the correct version.

I would record the change in the nemerle repository, but ... hmm... I
think I lost the password again and this time have no means to recover
it (from my memory or whatsoever :)
