[nem-en] [Accessor] & mutable

In my opinion, it does make sense. But, Igor, what are you planning to do?
Are you gonna show tooltip saying "I advise you to add WantSetter flag here"
or
add it yourself? If the latter, then when are you going to do that?

As I can see, the easiest way is to modify Accessor macro itself. :-)
