[nem-en] A new "Alias" macro

Hi there!

  I just commited a first version of the Alias macro. If anyone's  
interested here's the source along with some comments: http:// 
nemerle.org/svn/nemerle/trunk/macros/alias.n . It still needs quite a  
bit of work and I should be writing other stuff, so a delay can be  
expected.
