[nem-en] Forum vs list (was: Documentation comments clarification and proposals [Long])

I would rather think about forwarding messages from devel-en to
nemerle-en (with some special rule to do not mess topic). Though it
could become strange if people answerd to devel-en message on
nemerle-en list...
