   We use .doc as tool for generating RSDN ML.
   The RSDN ML is a format which we using in http://rsdn.ru.
   It format translate to HTML by our XSLT and 'Authoring pack' add-in for
MS Word (http://rsdn.ru/article/authors/RSDNAuthPack16.exe).
   
   In attachment contains translated files.

   It's bad idea. Word is source format. And Word very bad save .doc as
HTML.
