[nem-en] Generated things

How do I know if some type is generated by a macro and therefore has no
corresponding Location in source files.
For MemberBuilders we have IsGenerated property. But what about nested
types?

To VladD2 and IT: AFAIR, there was some restriction on such kind of macros
|that create types).

It is not really a problem now, but it may be quite soon. :-)
