[nem-en] Assembly Version from SVN

Now  (with the new versionFromSVN attribute) all the builds from the
same revision will have the same version number (if the revision
changes, then it imlies that the version should be different).
Anyway, the problem currently was only with development builds, since
release versions are set to 0.9.x.0.
