[nem-en] Can't build NemerleUnit

I forgot to mention the Nemerle.NAnt.Tasks.dll, sorry. Anyway, I have 
modified the build script. The current version needs less file copying 
before you can build it (Since I don't store NAnt in repository there 
was little gain from not using the one from path).
