[nem-pl] Nemerle homepage migrated to wiki based solution

Hi!

We have finished migrating our homepage to MediaWiki, it has MUCH nicer look 
and feel now: http://nemerle.org
We also hope that this will allow better cooperation within community, 
everybody can update / fix most of the pages now, add new tutorials and 
examples. We strongly encourage you to do so.

Old links like nemerle.org/download.html are rewritten to their current 
counterparts.
